Man o man this sounds like a fun project. Variety reports that DIRTY SANCHEZ will make its way to the silver screen. It’s based on the MTV Europe show which is itself described as a more extreme, Welsh version of “Jackass.” Holy crap!
This is not a remake of JACKASS: THE MOVIE however. Oh no. The concept behind this puppy flat out rocks – In the movie, directed by Jim Hickey, the four protagonists are challenged by the devil to find and survive the seven deadly sins. The fearless four embark on a world tour to enact a series of gruesome real-life stunts.
The mind boggles don’t it? And by the way, if you happen to be one of those innocent souls who wondered “why DIRTY SANCHEZ?” when you read the title, well, just don’t google it at work.
