Killer vines? Fans of THE RUINS are in luck…
So we just nabbed a press release for a French horror/comedy called DEMON IN A BOTTLE, which comes from director Nicholas Alberny (8TH WONDERLAND). The flick, which will be set in France but spoken in the English language, is currently in development. Peep the hilarious logline:
France, on a wine trail, an American cheerleading squad, a professor of oenology and a wine maker face the vine demon after having tasted a cursed wine.
A vine demon? Ah man that’s too good. Quentin Dupieux, the filmmaker behind RUBBER, may have some competition from a fellow Frenchman for the most absurd sounding horror flick. And I’m all for it!
Not much else in known about DEMON IN A BOTTLE, but as you can see, we have a promo poster to give you an idea. And let’s face it, what’s not to love about two hotties springing booty-shorts on a midget-monster in a bottle? That shite’s heat!
