If there’s one film that I truly enjoyed this year, it was JAMIE BLANK’S
LONG WEEKEND remake (read my review here). The film was creepy,
funny, with an “out there” performance by Jim Cazeviel and just all around
entertaining! It also did what a good remake should do, it made me aware of the
obscure original and made me want to see it
