M. Night Shyamalan’s Servant season 2 arrives on Apple TV+ in January

After binge-watching Mike Flanagan's The Haunting of Bly Manor on Netflix, I've just about had my fill of creepy kids for the month of October. Be that as it may, Apple TV+ today announced that its acclaimed Apple Original series Servant is officially set to debut its second season globally on January 15, 2021. Executive produced by Academy Award-nominated director M. Night Shyamalan (UNBREAKABLE, SPLIT, GLASS), the ten-episode series will premiere with the first episode, followed by new episodes weekly, every Friday. Alongside today's exciting Season 2 announcement, Apple released a new video (posted above) featuring some of Season 1's creepiest moments.

Following its suspenseful season one finale, the second season of the thriller takes a supernatural turn. As Leanne returns to the brownstone and her true nature is revealed, a darker future for all lies ahead.

Servant stars Lauren Ambrose (Six Feet Under), Toby Kebbell (KONG: SKULL ISLAND, Black Mirror), Neil Tiger Free (Game of Thrones), and Rupert Grint (Harry Potter franchise, Snatch).

Like I was saying, creepy kids, are a dime-a-dozen during the Halloween season but Servant looks to be capitalizing on the trope in a big way. I've no idea what Ambrose's Dorothy Turner has planned for the show's little bundle of nightmares but I'd bet my personal stash of Halloween candy that it's nothing good.

Be sure to find out how the events of Servant unfold when the show returns to Apple TV+ on January 15, 2021.
