Some BIG BAD WOLVES are headed our way thanks to Magnolia Pictures as they've announced today that they have acquired all North American Rights for the flick from XYZ Films. A darkly funny, ingeniously crafted Israeli thriller, BIG BAD WOLVES was written and directed by Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado and stars Lior Ashkenazi, Rotem Keinan, Tzahi Grad and Dov Glickman. BIG BAD WOLVES was produced by Chilik Michaeli, Avraham Pirchi, Tami Leon, Moshe Edery and Leon Edery.
In BIG BAD WOLVES a series of brutal murders puts the lives of three men on a collision course: The father of the latest victim now out for revenge, a vigilante police detective operating outside the boundaries of law, and the main suspect in the killings – a religious studies teacher arrested and released due to a police blunder.
