Ian McShane, best known for being an all around evil bastard on DEADWOOD, has signed on to star opposite Renee Zellweger in CASE 39. We’ve told you about the project before, but here’s a little summary in case you’re feeling link lazy this morning:
Penned by Ray Wright, story centers on a social worker (Zellweger) who saves an abused girl from her parents but later discovers things are not as they seem. McShane plays the cop who helps Zellweger’s character investigate the case.
So ostensibly he’ll be a good guy this time. That’ll be weird. And speaking of DEADWOOD, anybody catch this week’s episode. I won’t spoil it for you if not, but let’s just say that you should keep an eye out for the fight scene.
