Me Time trailer pairs Kevin Hart with Mark Wahlberg for an outrageous weekend of debauchery

After being in the news for slapping Dwayne Johnson in the face with a tortilla, Kevin Hart is back to star in Netflix’s Me Time trailer. Everyone has at least one friend who often compels them to do stupid shit, and for Hart, that friend is Mark Wahlberg. John Hamburg directs, writes, and produces Me Time alongside Hart and Bryan Smiley. The film finds Hart’s character living every parent’s dream. Or nightmare. You decide.

In Netflix‘s Me Time trailer, Sonny (Kevin Hart) is a stay-at-home dad who finds himself with some me time for the first time in years while his wife (Regina Hall) and kids are away. To make the most of this precious time, Sonny reconnects with his former best friend for a wild birthday weekend that nearly upends his life.

Throughout the weekend, Sonny encounters everything from food poisoning to wild cat attacks, and wingsuit cliff jumps gone wrong. The getaway is an experience that Sonny will never forget and barely survives.

Starring alongside Hart and Wahlberg in Me Time are Regina Hall, Luis Gerardo Mandez, Jimmy O. Yang, John Amos, Anna Maria Horsford, Deborah S. Craig, Naomi Ekperigin, Andrew Santino, Drew Droege, Ilia Isorels Paulino, Tahj Mowry, Carlo Rota, Che Tafari, and Amentii Sledge.

Nothing will make you miss your routine more than a weekend gone horribly wrong. Sometimes, an escape from the doldrums of life provides you with a valuable perspective on how comforting a set path can be. I’m not saying you should never go out and experience new things. I’m simply saying be careful what you wish for when one of your wildest friends invites you to their version of Burning Man.
