The first two pictures from the upcoming dramedy JULIE & JULIA have made their way online featuring Meryl Streep as Julia Childs and a short-haired Amy Adams as Julie Powell, a frustrated temp who one day decided not only to cook all 524 recipes in Child’s “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” but to blog her adventures doing so on her website. She eventually chronicled her experience in “Julie and Julia: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment Kitchen”, people loved it, Hollywood sniffed the intoxicating aroma of money and here we are today. The cooking starts April 17th.
