So that happens to be a giant f*cking shark eating the Golden Gate Bridge right there. Also, below you’ll find a big goddamn octopus twisting the shit out of a submarine. But these are just warm-up routines for the two behemoths, as they get ready to square off against each other in (drumroll) MEGA SHARK VERSUS GIANT OCTOPUS. This is coming to us from The Asylum, that classy outfit known for their “mockbusters” like THE TERMINATORS and TRANSMORPHERS. Subtlety is not their game.
The shark and octopus aren’t the only titans in this flick, however. The human cast includes Lorenzo Lamas and Debbie Gibson. Yes, the Debbie Gibson, although you can call her Deborah. I’m telling you right now, this movie is going to spank all of our asses. It hits DVD on MAY 26th, and I’m guessing a premiere on the Sci Fi channel – or SyFy, if you want to be retarded about it – isn’t far behind.
The only thing I’m confused about is, what movie is Asylum ripping off this time? Is there a GIGANTIC DOLPHIN VS. SUPER SQUID movie coming out that I’m not aware of?
