MMT moves AGAIN!

Keep on waiting, Vinnie…

This is f*cking hilarious at this point. On May 21, I wrote about the umpteenth date-change for this flick, which had finally settled on a July 11 release. Now it appears that Lionsgate needs to move MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN AGAIN! Worst of all, it’s been moved to a release date it had already inhabited: August 1! Gauging the marketplace? Crap movie? Throwing darts at a calendar? You decide…

This can’t bode well for the film. As we move further into the summer, people become more and more familiar with which dates will house what films. MEAT TRAIN will have a hard enough time getting asses into the seats in the first place considering the competition, now the studio is screwing with its fanbase by not giving them anything remotely solid to look forward to in regards to this flick.

Brief memo to Lionsgate: There are people who WANT to see this film, I know it for a fact. STICK WITH AUGUST 1 and leave it at that… I know it won’t make or break it, but I’m not writing another article about this film if it’s moved again.

Leslie Bibb sure doesn’t look like she can wait much longer…
