More American Werewolf

JoBloJoBlo

As if their past attempt at launching a modern werewolf franchise didn’t fail badly enough (see: CURSED), Dimension Films are looking to try again, by remaking AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON. Because why try to come up with a new werewolf idea, when you can take one of the most beloved versions and completely bastardize it?! Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that Dimension bought the remake rights to WEREWOLF from the original’s director John Landis.

But Ain’t It Cool chimed in to say that the rights to the film were slightly more complicated than just Landis handing over a deed sealed with wax emblem or something. So to circumvent that, it seems that Dimension may not remake the film outright, but would instead continue the franchise with a AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN AUSTRALIA or something like that. Just find a new location and make a sequel/remake hybrid.

So my question to you is, what location would you most like to see this movie take place? Fill in the blank in the Strike Backs below: AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN _______.
