A couple weeks back we landed dime that Tom Elkins, editor of the lackluster HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT, had been tapped to direct the sequel, THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA after Ti West had stepped aside. At that point, all we really knew about the film was this: It follows a young family imperiled by mysterious entities inhabiting their property in the rural South. Damn ambiguous, right? Well worry not ladies and gents, for the good ghouls of Bloody-D have mined some fresh story deets about the flick. Read on if interested!

Shortly after moving into their ideal new home, a couple grows concerned when their young daughter begins encountering mysterious strangers that no one else can see. The couple’s greatest fear is realized when they themselves begin to witness terrifying phenomena in and around the house, providing clues that could unlock a chilling mystery that has remained a closely guarded secret for generations.
Now, I didn’t see THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT, but this shite sure does sound like that other laughable debacle, THE HAUNTING OF MOLLY HARTLEY. Boy I good chuckle scopin’ that one out one night. High.
