Apparently the following people have joined Messina in signing on for DEVIL: Logan Marshall-Green, Jenny O’Hara, Jacob Vargas, Matt Craven, Bojana Novakovic (right), Bokeem Woodbine, Geoffrey Arend and Caroline Dhavernas (below). THR also address the film as “John Dowdle’s “Devil”” so perhaps Drew Dowdle is out as co-director and is just executive producing?
Either way the flick comes from a story by Shyamalan, who’s also producing. We still know nothing about the film other than it’s a horror/thriller about ‘sobered-up homicide detective.’ Works for me. Keep it here as we await more details on DEVIL.
