The things I do for you people…
With DOOM busting into theatres tomorrow (that’s Friday, for you late-night gorehounds), I decided to scan this article from this month’s PC Gamer (which is labeled November 2005. Wierd, huh?). Now, there are some minor spoilers in this article, but nothing too serious. The article runs down the film’s journey from the announcement of The Rock as a cast member, to the backlash from fanboys who may or may not be justified (read JoBlo’s review here) to the film being pushed back from August to October.
Some other items include touching on info that some stuff was cut and would possibly being included on the DVD and Karl Urban (John Grimm aka ‘The Doom Soldier’) being contracted to appear in a possible sequel, should the film prove successful. As we’ve said time and time again, DOOM, starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Mr. Urban, opens everywhere tomorrow. Now, where’s that Duke Nukem movie? Anyways, click on any of the three images to get a larger version of that page of the article.
