PRIMEVAL tells the tale of a news producer, reporter and cameraman who are dispatched to South Africa to track down and bring home alive a legendary 25-foot crocodile known as Gustave. However, their quarry proves far more elusive and deadly than they anticipated, and their situation turns even more perilous when a feared warlord targets them for death.
One could call it a new movie, others could call it ANACONDA– either way, it could turn out to be a good time. I mean, there’s a croc… it eats people… and warlords?… tell me what’s not to love here?
And even better? Funny guy Orlando Jones is also signed to star as the ill-fated cameraman. And if he’s the cameraman, you know his ass is lunch. It’s practically guaranteed! Written by John Crancato and Michael Ferris, who also wrote the spectacular THE GAME and the crappy TERMINATOR 3, so it’s hard to tell what kind of movie we’ll get here. As long as it’s not ANACONDA 2, I think we’ll be alright…
