With Paco Plaza and Jaume Balaguero’s new infected-zombie picture REC 2 making the rounds overseas, plenty of new cool shite from the flick is being disseminated. In particular, we have for you a solid handful of new pics and posters (more like lobby cards) to check out before the flick finds its way to the states.
Since we don’t know exactly when that will be, these are more like taunt-&-tease shots for us here Yankees. Damn that Plaza and Balaguero!
For real though, as we’ve exhausted prior, REC 2 literally continues the action from the first flick, not so much as changing female lead Manuela Velasco’s bedraggled threads. This time though it’s a qualified doctor and a SWAT team that infiltrate the quarantined building and do all they can to quell a zombie epidemic.
Aside from Velasco, the flick stars Ferran Terazza, Javier Botet, Pablo Rosso, Claudia Font, Andrea Ros, Carlos Olalla, Ariel Casas and Martha Carbonell.
