Last April, the first draft for BILL & TED 3 was completed. Now it seems that another draft, perhaps the final, is ready to go.
Sadly, we do not know much about the new adventure except that “it’s good” and involved our two bodacious characters writing a song that saves the world. Do you really need to know anymore? Well, maybe if William Sadler is returning, but you know he will. Guy plays a mean double bass.
Both Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter have confirmed that the script is finished.
Reeves said this in an interview with The Independent:
“Yeah, we have a script. We’re trying to put it together. It’s a good script too.”
Then Winter made this comment on Twitter:
“Script done? Check. -We love it? Check. -Green light? Working on it!”
