Bruce Campbell is a pimp. Not just a regular ol’ pimp, but a hardcore f*cking pimp. A guy with style. A guy with class. A guy with a sense of humor. And a guy… with a chin. F*ck ya! He’s also a guy who can poke fun at himself, hence MY NAME IS BRUCE, directed by the man himself!
This here be the new poster for BRUCE and while it’s not totally awesome, it does deliver the goods and for that, I guess we should be grateful. In all truth, this poster does nothing for me, and I don’t really know why. Is it the unscary killer with the giant sword? Bruce’s Hawaiian shirt? The tag line? I’m not sure exactly, maybe a combination of all of the above…
I’m bummed beyond belief this poster ain’t better, as I think this flick looks pretty cool, but damnit… this thing is just so-so. And when I’m talkin’ Bruce Campbell, I’m talkin’ greatness… maybe that’s the biggest disappointment of all.
