As most of you probably know by this point, all of us here at AITH were big fans of director David Fincher's Netflix original series MINDHUNTER. We even did a Top 5 based on the series.
It is with this in mind we are excited as hell to let you guys know that Netflix has just given the series a greenlight for a second season! The announcement was made today over on the show's Instagram account but has since been removed for some reason.
Hopefully, this doesn't mean anything too outrageous… We'll keep you posted.

MINDHUNTER series synopsis:
In the late 1970s, two FBI agents expand criminal science by delving into the psychology of murder and getting uneasily close to all-too-real monsters.
MINDHUNTER comes from executive producers David Fincher and Charlize Theron and stars Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, Anna Torv, Hannah Gross, Cotter Smith.
The first season is currently streaming on Netflix.
