New behind-the-scenes featurette for the Veronica Mars movie starring Kristen Bell

All right, so listen; I don't know shit about VERONICA MARS. I never saw the show, never got it, and, frankly, nothing's changed. After launching a very successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year, which began a trend that's been met with sinking enthusiasm (my own included), the film launched into production with returning star Kristen Bell, reprising the titular role of the character who flailed for a short run on TV, but created a rabid fanbase in the process. Now, the movie has it's first featurette, which highlights what's in store for you "cloud watchers."

So, since I know two things about VERONICA MARS (that would be "jack" and "shit") I can't say if this looks up to snuff, so I'll leave it to you guys to let the rest of us know. Certainly, I'm a fan of Bell, who is just an adorable little thing. I just want to put her in my pocket and carry her around all day and feed her M&M's. I was initially entranced by the response of the Kickstarter campaign's success and now I'm just interested to see how it pans out in the long run. I think it will say a lot about how Kickstarter continues with these types of "name" projects and this is certainly one that will set the stage for the next entries.

VERONICA MARS is set to debut sometime in 2014.
