“DEXTER” is gearing up to enter production on its sixth season at the end of the month. TV Line got their hands on some intel that reveal three recurring roles that are being cast for the new season. The details are below, but they contain minor spoilers so don’t read on if you want to go into the new season blindly.
Jamie: Described as an outgoing and fun Latina in her mid-20s, this Florida native relocates to Miami for grad school.
Chicago Mike: New thirty-something African-American homicide detective who possesses a finely turned BS detector. The Windy City native does not play well with Dexter others.
Louis: A buddy of Masuka’s (C.S. Lee) who joins MMP as a new lab intern. Role calls for a Caucasian actor in his 30s who is “attractive in his own way.”
The serial drama stars Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan, a bloodstain pattern analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department who moonlights as a serial killer. The sixth season is scheduled to air on Showtime later this year, likely in October.
