Variety editor Anne Thompson, who runs the excellent “Thompson on Hollywood” blog, recently stumbled onto three neato banners for the Coen Bros.’ upcoming drama/thriller NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN. Based on the Cormac McCarthy novel of the same name, the story follows a hunter whose discovery of a stash of heroin, some dead bodies and a whole lotta loot puts him in all kinds of peril, especially from a murderously psychotic Javier Bardem.
