IESB has posted four provacative clips from the upcoming thriller FUNNY GAMES on its site, which you can check out right HERE. In this remake of the 1997 Michael Haneke film, two sophisticated young men take a family hostage in their vacation home, forcing them to play their evil and violent “games.”
The film, starring Naomi Watts, Tim Roth, and Michael Pitt, will premiere next week at the Sundance Film Festival (hopefully we’ll have some reviews for you) – and then hit theaters on March 14. If it’s anything like the original – and supposedly it’s a carbon-copy – then get ready for a most disturbing experience.
