Sony has released several new character stills from Paul Feig's GHOSTBUSTERS on the official site for the upcoming movie, featuring stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon. The new images also provide us with the first official look at Chris Hemsworth as the team's receptionist, who we last saw sporting a jumpsuit in a leaked on-set photo.
Who ya gonna call?
It's been rumored that the first GHOSTBUSTERS trailer will air this weekend during Super Bowl 50, but even if it doesn't, it should debut in the next few weeks since the film is scheduled to open in July, which is only five months away. Although not everyone is happy about the direction of the gender-swapping reboot, maybe it won't be nearly as bad as some are expecting it to be. I haven't been high on the film either, and it probably won't be as good as the original movie, but I'm still hopeful that it will at least be a fun ride.
GHOSTBUSTERS will hit theaters on July 15, 2016.
