In THE INVASION, the real invasion seems to be from the Hang-Over Fairy – as both Nicole Kidman and Jeremy Northam look like they spent the previous night imbibing a bit much on Grandpa’s cough syrup. Either that or they’re just really bummed about this whole “aliens taking the form of humans” fiasco.
I needn’t explain to you that this movie is yet another remake of INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS and it’s been pushed back and reshot countless times already, do I? Phew, thank God. I’ll just let you know it comes out August 17. And Nicole Kidman is hot, even when bleary-eyed and suspicious-looking.
