“Entertainment Weekly” recently released some new pics from three upcoming films. The first is for the biopic CADILLAC RECORDS, which tells of the rise and fall of influential R&B record label Chess Records. Adrien Brody plays its founder Leonard Chess with Beyonce Knowles playing celebrated artist Etta James. It opens December 5th. Below that, we have our first official glimpse of Mel Gibson in EDGE OF DARKNESS, in which he plays a cop who’s investigating the death of his daughter and unravels a mind-boggling government conspiracy. No release date is set as yet. Finally, there’s a couple of new pics of the sci fi thriller PANDORUM starring Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster as crew members aboard a spaceship on a deep space voyage who awaken from cryo-sleep with no knowledge of who or where they are. This also has no release date as yet.
