New poster for Skinwalker Ranch is home to the unexplained

Forget AREA 51…the location for truly freaky supernatural and otherworldly occurances is apparently SKINWALKER RANCH, and Devin McGinn's upcoming found footage thriller hopes to scare away any thoughts you may have of wanting to visit it anytime soon. We last told you about SKINWALKER RANCH last month when we learned the film would be hitting theaters and VOD on Devil's Night – October 30 – just in time for Halloween. Today we have a new poster for the fright flick for you to check out below.

According to local legend (which you can read more about HERE), Skinwalker Ranch, located in northeast Utah, is allegedly the site of unexplainable, paranormal and UFO-related activities. In the film, which uses a found-footage style…

a research team investigates the supernatural phenomena surrounding the disappearance of a cattle rancher’s 10-year-old son.

McGinn, who may be best known to genre fans as the writer of THE LAST LOVECRAFT: RELIC OF CTHULU, stars in the film and also makes his directorial debut. He also produced alongside Murphy Michaels and executive producer and Deep Studios founder Ken Bretschneider. The film was written by Adam Ohler and also stars Jon Gries, Kyle Davis, Erin Cahill, Matthew Rocheleau and Steve Berg. 

Deep Studios will release the film day-and-date in theaters and VOD in more than 20 markets across the country including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Miami, Dallas and Houston, with a DVD to follow.
