Some new posters have been released for several upcoming films, and for the most part, they're pretty decent. We'll start with the two new posters for Alex Garland's EX MACHINA. While one is exactly like the first poster for the movie, the other features what looks like the insides of a robot. Garland's directorial debut stars Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac and Alicia Vikander, and it'll hit U.S. theaters sometime in 2014.
Next up is the first poster for Michael Mann's cyber-terrorism thriller BLACKHAT. I really liked the first trailer for the Chris Hemsworth film, but this poster? Eh, not so much. It's not horrible, but the poster isn't great either, and in my opinion it is a little bland. BLACKHAT also stars Viola Davis, Tracee Chimo and William Mapother, and it will be in theaters on January 16, 2015.
Finally, here's the latest poster for Bennett Miller's (MONEYBALL, CAPOTE) FOXCATCHER. It's pretty much a combination of the two previous posters featuring Steve Carell and Channing Tatum, with a dash of Mark Ruffalo. There's been a lot of Oscar buzz for Miller's new movie, especially for Carell's performance, and hopefully FOXCATCHER will get a big ol' wide release after receiving a limited release on November 14, 2014.
