New Powerless promo shows off real DC superhero Crimson Fox

I've already made it clear that I'm looking forward to the new NBC superhero comedy POWERLESS, a sitcom about regular joes trying to make an honest living in the DC universe. Well, a new promo has just been released, and it shows off real-life DC superhero Crimson Fox. This is what she looks like in the comics:

And this is what she's going to look like in the show:

Well, at least it's pretty comic-book accurate. Let's hope she looks better in action:

You know, I'm aware people have probably already written the show off, but I'm honestly surprised how good the effects during that battle scene were. Of course that's footage from the pilot, and the show will probably focus more on sitcom shenanigans as opposed to superhero brawls (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), though it's still good to see that those scenes do occur they will at least look good.

Either way, POWERLESS, starring Vanessa Hudgens, Danny Pudi, and Alan Tudyk, will premiere on NBC February 2nd, 2017 at 8:30pm (after SUPERSTORE specifically).
