Well the Oscars have come and gone. SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE basically raped the night that saw THE DARK KNIGHT get snubbed. DARK KNIGHT didn’t get totally left in the dark with Heath Ledger taking home the much deserved Supporting Actor nod. That was awesome. And to celebrate we’ve got a look at some new DARK KNIGHT collectible figures heading our way from Hot Toys!
First up above you can scope out a ridiculously awesome figure for Harvey ‘Two-Face’ Dent. And I thought the bobble head rocked! Along with Two-Face comes a brand new Joker figure pegged ‘Bank Robber Version.’ Both figures stand at 12” and offer over 32 points of articulation.
The Bank Robber Joker includes luggage bag, “Clown” mask, handgun with removable clip, MK760 with removable clip, four pieces of fragmentation grenades, three pieces of smoke grenades, two newly sculpted interchangeable JOKER heads, and a figure display base featuring THE DARK KNIGHT logo and The Joker nameplate. The Harvey Dent figure, which is nothing short of awesome, includes Two-Face accurate costume of destroyed suit, shirt, tie, pants and shoes, alternate head with authentic likeness of Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, interchangeable Harvey Dent’s suit jacket, one set of interchangeable hands, pistol, a signature coin, and figure stand with Harvey Dent/ Two-Face nameplate. And lastly the guys over at Action-Figure.com are spreading word on another Joker figure heading our way from Hot Toys. The figure will feature The Joker as the Police Officer. As you can see from the teaser picture below, this figure will depict Heath Ledger’s Joker as the disguised police officer, clean face and all! This is nothing short of a collectible and dare I say we might be seeing the Nurse Joker soon too? All we’ve got on this Police Officer Joker is that the figure will stand at 12” and the teaser shot below. So go ahead and check that out.
