New Todd featurette

It still amazes me that 99% of all the marketing material coming out of SWEENEY TODD still omits the fact that it’s not just a horror / period piece, but a musical, but I suppose most folks would likely check it out either way…

Anyway, a brand spankin’ new featurette aired on The CW the other night, and low and behold… it’s up on YouTube, and now you can check it out below! We see a bit more of Johnny Depp, we hear from Tim Burton and Helena Bonham Carter, and even Alan Rickman shows up for a little bit.

The clip also features his trusty razorblades at work, and his kick ass chair, which is essentially a character all its own. Who knew?

I for one can’t wait for the Depp/Burton reunion with TODD, and it’s the stuff below that reinforces the thought that this movie is gonna rock! Have a blast with the featurette, and get ready for SWEENEY TODD: THE DEMON BARBER OF FLEET STREET in theaters everywhere December 21st.
