A new trailer for The Coen Brother's latest pic, INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS, starring Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, John Goodman, Justin Timberlake, Garrett Hedlund, and F. Murray Abraham, has dropped, which follows "a singer/song-writer navigating the New York folk music scene during the 1960s." It looks like a solid dramatic entry from the Coen's and is seeped in the atmosphere of the era. The shots have a thin haze, almost as if you're watching the movie through a looking glass, and it looks ripe with the usually vibrant characters that populate the directors' slate. This looks like Isaac's movie all the way, with some great support along the way.

Take a look:

The Coen Brother's can be hit or miss for me, but this looks like a really fun, folksy, and dramatic ride. Mulligan has been taking on some really interesting roles of late and I think this will be another career-builder for her as well. With turns in DRIVE, SHAME, NEVER LET ME GO, and this summer's THE GREAT GATSBY, I think she's well into a successful career and it's great to see. Even if I confuse her with Michelle Williams from time to time.

INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS hits theaters on December 6, 2013.
