Tomorrow opens what I believe will be the biggest movie of the summer, Michael Bay’s TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON (READ ARROW’S REVIEW HERE). As such, the good folks of Apple have issued an elongated TV spot and a pair of posters for the epic Hasbro tentpole. And just for good measure we’ve tossed in two cool new Mondo poster renditions as well. All below yo!
The Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009’s ‘Transformers Revenge of the Fallen’. In this new movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky has to come to the aid of his robot friends. There’s new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime ‘Transformers’ character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.
Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Malkovich, John Turturro, Patrick Dempsey and Frances McDormand all partake in the monstrosity.
DARK OF THE MOON lights up screens everywhere starting tomorrow.
