It’s fun to abbreviate THE VAMPIRE’S ASSISTANT… Especially if you’ve got the sensibilities of a 13 year old.
MYSPACE got their grubby hands on a not-half-bad clip from VAMP ASS, showcasing a fight scene between John C. Reilly and The Punisher himself, Ray Stevenson. I especially like the finger-chomping bit. It’s not a movie I’m particularly excited about, but I’d surely give it a shot over NEW MOON. Hell, I’d even take it over another HARRY POTTER movie.
THE VAMPIRE’S ASSISTANT tells the frightening tale of a boy who unknowingly breaks a 200-year-old truce between two warring factions of vampires. Pulled into a fantastic life of misunderstood sideshow freaks and grotesque creatures of the night, one teen will vanish from the safety of a boring existence and fulfill his destiny in a place drawn from nightmares.
In addition to the two duders featured in the clip, the film stars Willem Dafor, Ken Watanabe, Jane Krakowski, Josh Hutcherson, Chris Massoglia, and of course, dear dear Salma… It hits theaters on OCTOBER 23rd.
