It’s been a little while since we last wrote about PANDORUM, the futuristic thriller from producer Paul W.S. Anderson and starring Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster (both up top). Within that span, director Christian Alvart must have been hard at work searching for his cast because today we finally have word on who will be joining Tuck Pendleton (Quaid’s character from INNERSPACE) and grimy dude with the f-ed up teeth (Foster’s character in 30 DAYS OF NIGHT). Sorry about those random references. I’m just trying to be creative and failing miserably. Anyways, here are the latest cast members for PANDORUM:
Wotan Wilke Möhring (ANATOMY 2), André M. Hennicke (THE COUNTESS), Antje Traue, Cam Gigandet (THE UNBORN, TWILIGHT), Norman Reedus (BLADE II) and Asia Luna Mohmand.
The EVENT HORIZON meets THE ABYSS meets SOLARIS plot synopsis reads like this: A dark and claustrophobic tale about two crewmen who awaken aboard their spacecraft, unaware of their mission or their identities. As they piece things together, the men make a harrowing discovery that threatens the survival of mankind.
PANDORUM was written by Alvart and Travis Milloy. It’s set to release some time in 2009.
