Five medical students try to prove their teacher haunting is only a superstition. Exploring an abandoned town, strange phenomena start occurring. Spooked, the students struggle to free themselves and leave the town.
The psychological horror/thriller, apparently being abbreviated as PX3D, was produced by Rodar y Rodar (THE ORPHANAGE). It’s directed by Sergi Vizcaino, written by Dani Padro and stars Amaia Salamanca, Ursula Corbero, Alba Riba, Oscar Sinela, Luis Fernandez and Maxi Iglesias.
The picture will premiere at Cannes next month. Sony will be releasing the film in theaters in Spain later this year. Now that international distribution is in place, we’ll hopefully learn of a U.S. release soon. Unfortunately, due to the complexities of subtitling a 3D movie, it will have to be dubbed.
