According to The Playlist, actor/writer Todd Farmer and director Patrick Lussier (both seen above) are developing a new project that, in addition to the number Eric and Ammon we’re able to dredge out of them, sounds right up our alley here at AITH. Word is a film called IN DARKNESS (aka ALREADY DEAD), a courtroom drama/vampire flick is one Farmer and Lussier are currently developing. Check it…
“We just finished a draft of ‘In Darkness’ which we’ve already renamed ‘Already Dead.’ We’ll see if that title sticks, it’s a lot of fun,” said Farmer.
Lussier continued:
“(It’s) basically like ‘Jagged Edge’ meets a sort of a grown up thriller. A courtroom thriller.”
Hmm, so where’s the bloodsuckers? Soon to come I’m sure, as Lussier said ALREADY DEAD is done, but currently in the “notes” stage of development. Word is the first draft of the film was written by Rowdy Herrington (JACK’S BACK, A MURDER OF CROWS).
Alrighty, let’s hear from you. Desire wise, where does ALREADY DEAD fit in with Lussier and Farmer’s other potential projects: HELLRAISER, MY BLOODY VALENTINE 2, DRIVE ANGRY 2 and CONDITION DEAD?
