A few months back, we announced that Mick Garris had plans on making the adaptation to Stephen King’s DESPERATION (read story
here), and now here’s a first look at Ron Pearlman as the villainous lawman Collie Entragian.
I must say, the man looks to be at his finest, and with a grin like that, no one could have done it any better. Directed by Garris, who also brought us THE SHINING mini-series, DESPERATION is set to be aired on ABC in 2005. The film also stars Henry Thomas, Tom Skerrit, Steven Weber and Charles Durning. I can’t wait to see more from the set, as I’m a HUGE fan of the Stephen King series, and from this shot, I have ever confidence it’s going to be great!
