It’s not every day when you get to read up on news about a certain movie… that is, unless you’re reading up on HALLOWEEN 2 (H2), in which, yes, you are definitely reading up on it every day. Sometimes even more than once a day. There was even a small update for it yesterday, and yes, there’s even an update on H2 for you today as well.
A potential, but totally unofficial, poster for H2 has popped up online, and while it’s said NOT to be the official poster, word is it’s one of the runner-up posters the studios/Rob Zombie had to choose from, and not just some silly fan’s poster.
As you can see, the poster features our man Michael Myers in the middle of a pumpkin patch, with the tag line Evil Walks Among Us, which is just sort of odd, as he’s walking in a pumpkin patch… are we all pumpkins? I’m not sure, but I think that’s what the poster is implying. Maybe that’s why this poster wasn’t selected.
I’d be happier with the tagline The Night HE came back. Again. or something along those lines. Keep it classy, keep it real. Otherwise, I kind of like this poster, but can see why it wasn’t selected as the ‘official’ poster.
