Fresh off the news that Danny Trejo will be in PREDATORS (anybody really surprised?) comes a first look at the script over at LatinoReview. It’s not as simple as reading their report, however – you have to listen to it… As I don’t want to know a thing about the flick just yet, I abstained. Apparently, the draft is dated July of ’09, but we all know that this is based on an idea that Rodriguez has about 10 years ago. It’s about a very intense group of people stranded on a Predator planet discovering unspeakable horrors that are not always from outside their group. I’ve really got my fingers crossed for this one. Another shitty Predator movie might just forever ruin the character for me…
Nimród Antal will be directing the flick, which will be shooting in Austin, and Hawaii (at least, that’s the rumor). It will hit theaters JULY 7th, 2010.
