Seth Grahame-Smith’s PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES is really making some waves huh? From great reviews to a rumored television series to a film adaptation… this thing is doing pretty well! Well now you can add ‘sequel’ to that list!
I kid you not folks, Dread Central are passing along word that Quirk Books, who brought us PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES, are going ahead with it’s sequel: PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES: DAWN OF THE DREADFULS. Damn that’s a mouthful… Ready for the kicker?
It seems Seth Grahame-Smith has nothing to do with this second novel. How unfortunate. Instead we’ll have Steve Hockensmith penning the adventure this time around, which will center on Elizabeth Bennet as she evolves from a naive young teenager into “a savage slayer of the undead.” Well that still sounds like a blast! I’m always up for zombie action, whether in word or picture form. What do you guys think? Interested in DAWN OF THE DREADFULS even though it’s coming from a different author?
PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES: DAWN OF THE DREADFULS hits bookshelves everywhere this March.
