After giving us another taste of how to use movie licenses the right way, NECA once again raises the bar with another item based on THE DEVIL’S REJECTS.
Similar to what they did with Jason’s mask and Freddy’s glove from FREDDY VS. JASON, NECA has made a replica of Otis’ mask which was worn in the first 10 minutes of the film, and stuck it in a shadow box (I guess that’s what you’d call it). The mask itself is hand-painted, and made of a high quality resin, but generally looks kickass any way you look at it (I mean, for something as low tech as this).
As it almost always is with something this cool, there’s a downside. In this case, the prop itself is limited to 500 pieces, so when it comes out in stores next month, spend your Christmas cash on it the second you can! Click here for the press release.
