Reacher and Neagley

Reacher has recently been renewed for season five. Season four is still on the way and Prime Video has just announced the new premiere date for Reacher, which will lead straight into the Neagley spin-off series. According to Amazon, Reacher Season Four will return on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 with the first three episodes of its eight-episode run and a new episode is set to premiere weekly through September 16. Then, upon the Reacher Season Four finale, all eight episodes of Neagley will be released on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video.

Amazon has also given us a new look at Neagley with some new images, which you can check out below. The official synopsis reads,
“Frances Neagley (Maria Sten) is a private investigator in Chicago and former military protege of Jack Reacher (Alan Ritchson) in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit. When she learns that a beloved friend from her past has been killed in a suspicious accident, she becomes hell-bent on justice. Using everything she’s learned from Jack Reacher and her time as a member of the 110 Special Investigators, Neagley puts herself on a dangerous path to uncover a menacing evil.

Starring Maria Sten as Frances Neagley, the ensemble cast features Greyston Holt as Detective Hudson Riley, Adeline Rudolph as Renee Birdwhistle, Jasper Jones as Keno, Matthew Del Negro as Pierce Woodrow, and Damon Herriman as Lawrence Cole. Alan Ritchson guest stars as Jack Reacher.”

The Neagley Crew

Reacher executive producer and showrunner Nick Santora partnered with Nicholas Wootton on the development. The two have also previously worked together on the series Prison Break. Both are also set to executive produce as well as serve as dual showrunners on the series. Neagley will be produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Skydance Television, along with CBS Studios, which recently absorbed the original slate of co-producer Paramount TV Studios.

Santora and Wootton commented, “Lee Child created an immensely rich character with Neagley, and Maria Sten brought her to life in such a vivid, authentic way in Reacher. Amazon, Skydance Television, and CBS Studios have been tremendous partners from the start, and we are excited to explore Neagley’s story further and dive into what makes her so unique.”

Joining Santora and Wootton, the series is set to be executive-produced by Lee Child, Don Granger, and Lisa Kussner. They will be joined by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell for Skydance Television. Also, Carolyn Harris, Kenny Madrid, and Niko Fernandez will be overseeing the project for Skydance.
