REYKJAVIK WHALE WATCHING MASSACRE. Now that’s a mouthful and a half! No, that’s not the new special comin from McDonalds. It’s a vicious looking horror flick coming our way from those fine folks over in Iceland.
Sjón Sigurdsson penned the script while Júlíus Kemp directs. It stars Pihla Viitala, Nae, Terence Anderson, Miranda Hennessy, and Aymen Hamdouchi. Don’t give up on me yet! Here’s the synopsis: An epic tale about a group of whale watchers, whose ship breaks down and they get picked up by a whale fisher vessel. The Fishbillies on the vessel has just gone bust, and everything goes out of control.
Well WHALE WATCHING still hasn’t struck my fancy but I’m willing to give it a shot. The guys over at Twitch Film scored a look at a mess of stills from the flick today. Check out one above and click through to check out the rest. Some of the stills actually aren’t half bad and sell this movie better than the plot.
