Ridley Scott dished some details about his upcoming ALIEN prequel just last week to MTV (check that shit out HERE), but apparently he has more secrets and revelations up his sleeve that we may have given him credit for.
Chatting it up with Collider while pimping out ROBIN HOOD, Scott dropped this little nugget of information: It’ll be two. It’ll be prequel one and two. Then Alien 1.
That’s right folks, Scott is planning on two prequels to ALIEN, not just one. I don’t know about you, but my mind was just blown. Wow! Plus, he also dropped the bomb that of course, it’ll be in 3D, which is what we thought before, but now it’s confirmed.
Two ALIEN prequels in 3D? I hope they can reboot the franchise like PREDATORS appears to be rebooting the PREDATOR franchise. After combining the two, they really need to start doing their own thing again, because let’s face it… those versus movies just didn’t work out well.
