If like me the rumors of a
SERENITY sequel is what’s been keeping ya
in a good mood now of late, get ready to get burned. Serenity creator
Joss Wheadon recently let the cat out of the cat-bag on the
Whedonesque Message Board, and I quote:
"There’s no sequel, no secret
project regarding Serenity or some such and I’m not even sure how anyone
thought there was talk there. I’ve seen Nathan and Tim (and Summer and Alan)
recently because they’re my friends because I’m so, yeah, awesome.
So let’s put that to bed and smother it with a
pillow."
Mucho bummer man! I loved Serenity! It deserves a freaking
sequel! COME ON! Back to my Firefly boxset I go! Sniff…sniff…
