Just the other day Jake hit us all with a nifty clip from Rupert Wyatt’s RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES. With the flick only being a couple weeks away from release it should be no surprise that the goods for this thing are rolling out like clockwork. And today is no different!
Today I’ve got not one, not two but five new APES goods for you to check out! I swear I spoil you guys sometimes. First up above we’ve got a new UK banner for the flick and courtesy of our videos section we’ve got three, count em three new UK TV spots for the flick along with a third clip, with another introduction from Andy Serkis! The TV spots are pretty self-explanatory but the clip is actually a pretty badass scene. We’ve got ‘Caesar’ getting all rebelious and leading a laboratory escape! So what’re you waiting for? RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is set in present day San Francisco, the film is a reality-based cautionary tale, a science fiction/science fact blend, where man’s own experiments with genetic engineering lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy.
