Penned by Ehren Kruger, who also wrote THE RING, that POS THE RING TWO, and THE SKELETON KEY, THE KEEP goes a little something like this: a mysterious prisoner seduces a local woman with his tale of a supernatural secret that can transform her life.
That’s about as vague as a description as you can get, but I think you get the idea: there’s some weird supernatural shite going on. Kruger hit it big with THE RING, but has left me to believe (due to everything he’s written since) that he’s not “all that” and could hit or seriously miss with this one, so color me skeptical until we find more about it.
No word on who will direct (or who will star, but I vote for Kruger favorite Naomi Watts!), but once we find out, you’ll be the first to know.
