I know what you’re thinking- it hardly shows anything at all. I know. But I see fear on Catherine Mangan’s face, and that’s all I need right now.
Sanchez also talked about having a bigger budget for this go round (millions vs. thousands for THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT), as well as talking a bit on ALTERED itself:
“After 9/11, there is definitely a more pessimistic view on everything. A good sci-fi or horror movie should be able to say some things about the world. In Altered, these teen guys are molested by aliens when they are young and get a chance to take revenge on a molester. It deals with serious issues in a light way.”
