Sci-fi thriller The Karma Coalition finally moving forward at Warner Bros.

You guys remember a sci-fi thriller I told you about called THE KARMA COALITION? If you do remember then kudos to you! Because I forgot all about this shite! I would say that’s understandable though considering I told you about this thing way back in September 2008! You read that right folks, nearly three years ago! So what’s the deal yo?!

Well word coming in from Variety today finally has this project moving forward over at Warner Bros. with Trevor Cawood at the helm. He’ll be directing from a script by Shawn Christensen. Jon Silk, Mark Bauch and Lin Pictures’ Dan Lin are all on board as producers.

Cawood will actually be making his feature directorial debut with KARMA, having previously directed commercials and the 2007 short film TERMINUS. Want the rundown for THE KARMA COALITION? Of course you do! Check it:

THE KARMA COALITION is about a professor who engages in a game of cat and mouse with a corrupt detective after he’s told his dead wife of five years might still be alive. He uncovers the existence of a secret organization responsible for faking her death but suffers the consequences of that knowledge
